    • Individuals with Fragile X Syndrome or a related condition (e.g., FXTAS, FXPOI)

    • Parents, siblings, and extended family members caring for or connected to someone with Fragile X

    • Carriers of the Fragile X premutation who want to connect, learn, and engage

Helping Families and Community Members Connect in Person

We know that attending in-person events can be a big investment, especially for families and individuals living with Fragile X and related conditions. That’s why Fragile X Canada is pleased to offer a limited number of travel support awards to help reduce financial barriers and ensure more voices can be part of this national moment.

Registration Policies

1. Payment & Confirmation
All registrations must be paid in full at the time of submission. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Please retain this email for your records.

2. Refund Policy
Cancellations made before October 1, 2025 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued after this date due to event planning commitments. However, registrations may be transferred to another individual, please contact us at infor@fragilexcanada.ca for assistance.

3. Transfer Policy
Can’t attend? You may transfer your registration to a colleague, friend, or family member. Please notify us of any transfer no later than October 15, 2025 by emailing info@fragilexcanada.ca with the new participant’s full name and contact information.

4. Accessibility & Inclusion
