Registration Policies

1. Payment & Confirmation
All registrations must be paid in full at the time of submission. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Please retain this email for your records.

2. Refund Policy
Cancellations made before [insert date – e.g., October 1, 2025] will be eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued after this date due to event planning commitments. Photographs and video may be taken during the event for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please inform us at registration check-in or in advance via email.
